Therapy in Wellington and Boca Raton, Florida
Therapy for Adults Who Feel Stuck, Anxious, or Never ‘Enough’
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need a place to be cared for, understood, and supported while you heal.
When the past keeps showing up in the present…
Carrying old wounds into new chapters of your life can feel heavy. These struggles are not signs of weakness — they’re reminders that trauma and attachment patterns may still be shaping how you see yourself and how you move through the world.
You might notice it when:
Anxiety rises in small moments — like when a text goes unanswered or plans suddenly change.
Conflict feels overwhelming — leaving you lashing out or shutting down to protect yourself.
Success doesn’t bring peace — on the outside, everything looks fine, but inside you still feel unsettled.
The inner critic is relentless — convincing you that no matter what you do, it’s never enough.
Loneliness creeps in — even when you’re surrounded by people, because trust and safety feel out of reach.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Trauma and attachment wounds can echo for years, often surfacing in the very moments you most want to feel calm, connected, and secure.
