Therapeutic Book Studies in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton
Deepen Your Growth Through Reflection, Community, and Insight
You don’t need to do it alone. Join a guided, therapist-led book study where personal growth meets meaningful conversation—and healing happens one chapter at a time.
What Are Therapeutic Book Studies?
Therapeutic Book Studies blend the insight of therapy with the reflection of reading. These small, guided groups invite participants to explore books that spark emotional growth, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful transformation—together.
Led by a licensed therapist, each session offers structure, support, and conversation that brings the material to life. You’ll gain tools you can immediately apply to your relationships, mindset, and daily life—all while connecting with a community of like-minded learners.
Through thoughtful discussion and guided reflection, participants learn to:
Recognize patterns that keep them stuck or disconnected
Strengthen emotional intelligence and communication skills
Approach relationships and personal growth with more awareness and compassion
Integrate therapeutic tools into everyday challenges
Build confidence in navigating life with intention and self-trust
Each study is designed to help you grow through what you go through—one insight at a time.
How It Works
We’ll meet bi-monthly in a small group setting—either virtually or in person—to read, reflect, and connect. Each 9-session series centers around one carefully chosen book designed to inspire insight and emotional growth.
Our time together includes guided discussion, reflection prompts, and gentle accountability to help you apply what you’re learning between sessions. You’ll find space to process your thoughts, share your experiences, and integrate new tools for everyday life.
Format: 9 bi-monthly sessions (live, small group)
Investment: $225 for the full series
Led By: Ivona Bhadha, LMFT

About Ivona
I’m Ivona Bhadha, a licensed psychotherapist serving adults in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people heal from trauma, anxiety, and attachment struggles. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM).
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel deeply understood while we build the resilience and clarity you need for lasting change.
Who It’s For
This group is for anyone ready to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships in a supportive, growth-minded space.
We’ll meet with others who value reflection, honesty, and connection. This experience is especially meaningful for those who:
Enjoy learning through reading and shared discussion
Are curious about emotional and relational growth
Want to explore therapy concepts in a guided, non-clinical setting
Appreciate structure, accountability, and meaningful conversation
You don’t need to be in therapy to participate—just open to learning, reflecting, and growing together.
How I Use IFS In Sessions
This group offers a space to grow at your own pace, in the company of others who are doing the same. It is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect in a way that feels grounded, personal, and transformative.
In our time together, we will explore how the ideas within each book can be applied to real life. You will be invited to share your thoughts, ask questions, and notice how your understanding of yourself and others begins to shift. Each discussion is guided with intention, allowing you to move beyond simply reading the material to truly experiencing it.
You will leave each session with new insight and practical tools you can use in daily interactions, relationships, and moments of reflection. Over time, you may notice more compassion for yourself, more clarity in communication, and a deeper sense of connection with others who are also doing the work of growth and healing.
This group is a reminder that meaningful change often happens through gentle, consistent reflection. Here, you will find the space to learn, be seen, and grow through what you go through—one chapter at a time.
You don’t have to do this work alone
Growth feels different when you’re supported. If you’re ready to explore meaningful change, connect with others, and discover what’s possible through reflection and conversation, I’d be honored to walk with you.
